The AltFinance Fellowship powered by MLT will introduce students to investing and operations and tap into their entrepreneurial spirit—key elements of a career in the alternative investment industry.
The alternative investment industry is an exciting form of finance outside the traditional system. It provides access to leverage a greater portion of capital and asset classes and an opportunity to enter a growing part of the global economy. The AltFinance Fellowship provides fellows with a personalized roadmap, skills building, and connections to be competitive in a career in the alternative investment industry.
This multi-year fellowship is open to current sophomores and juniors attending Clark Atlanta University, Howard University, Morehouse College and Spelman College. Students with a 3.3 GPA or higher are considered most competitive.
Fellows will receive:
funds to ease the financial burden on students. For Sophomores, the scholarship is up to $10,000 and up to $15,000 for Juniors and Seniors years.
