Fellowship

The AltFinance Fellowship provides ambitious students with finance and alternative investment education, one-on-one professional mentorship, scholarship funding to pursue professional and academic goals, and access to internships and full-time jobs at alternative investment firms.

AltFinance Fellows are Provided Access to...

One-on-One Coaching

Each Fellow receives personalized advice, mentorship, learning and accountability from a dedicated, experienced alternative investment professional.

Buy-Side Career Roadmap

AltFinance works with Fellows to create a personalized plan for positioning oneself for a career on the buy-side of financial markets, where investments are made.

Custom Curriculum

Fellows build hard and soft professional skills and receive skills-based training tailored to a career in alternative asset management.

Workshops

Fellows participate in in-person and virtual workshops that provide intensive active learnings on the industry and include networking sessions and relationship-building opportunities.

Engagement with Firms

Fellows receive exclusive access to learn about firms in the alternative investment industry, form relationships with members of those firms, and receive insights directly from alternative investment professionals.

Scholarships

Accepted Fellows are eligible for need-based scholarship funding to help ensure that money is not a barrier-to-entry for students to pursue professional and academic goals.
